  I frequently shop at Festival Foods because of their excellent quality and friendly staff, despite the high prices to feed my family of five. However, yesterday I experienced a rude cashier. She never said "hello" or "did you find everything ok" like usual. In fact, she never said a word to me until she told me what my total bill ($286.00) was, which was not followed by a please or anything. When I told her I had coupons, she snatched them from my hand and rolled her eyes. I've never experienced an attitude like this at Festival Foods, it's really too bad. Good Customer service is very hard to find, unfortunately, but a suggestion to Festival Foods management would be to increase the supervision of employees' customer service skills as well as their overall attitudes.
